Privacy policy
This policy explains how BKIT processes personal data submitted through the contact form or by email.
Controller
The controller of personal data is BKIT, računalniško programiranje, Boštjan Korošak s.p., Kotnikova ulica 5, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia ("BKIT"). Registration number: 7479913000, tax number: 90896092.

What data and why
Through the contact form or by email BKIT processes the data you provide yourself: name, email address, company name (optional) and the content of your message.
BKIT uses the submitted information only to respond to your enquiry and for possible further communication about cooperation. The legal basis is your consent given when submitting the form, or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Retention
Data related to an enquiry is kept for as long as needed to communicate about the project and no longer than two years after the last contact. If a collaboration follows, data is retained in line with statutory periods and the needs of the contractual relationship.
Processors and transfers
Form messages are delivered to the BKIT email address through an email delivery provider and the website hosting provider. These providers process personal data on behalf of BKIT and according to the controller's instructions.
BKIT does not sell data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use tracking cookies and includes no analytics or advertising scripts. Should this change, the policy will be updated and an appropriate notice added.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your personal data, its correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You may also object to processing, request data portability where that right applies, and withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Send requests to info@bkit.si.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
